Japan Beauty Network (JBN) is a network centered around "Culture x Innovation x Global" that connects Japan's proud "invisible beauty" - its spirituality, manners, stories, and sensibility - with the world, sublimating it with dignity into future value for business, society, and lifestyles. It is a network that goes beyond mere learning and exchange, and is made up of friends who elevate each other to create a new world through "essential beauty." JBN, as a "spiritual status network" that transforms culture into power, will present new standards of value for the times.

2 | Membership Regulations (Agreement Items)

Japan Beauty Network (hereinafter referred to as "the Network") requests your understanding and cooperation with the following in order to build good relationships with all members and create a community of trust and dignity. By registering and making a payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Article 1 (Basic posture)

Members will sympathize with the JBN philosophy and act while valuing culture, dignity, communication, connections, and international sensibilities. They will also place importance on respect and dignified exchanges among members, and cooperate in building a safe and trustworthy network.

Article 2 (Privacy and Confidentiality)

Members are required to promise that any personal information, project details, plans, ideas, etc. that they learn will be managed appropriately in accordance with the privacy policy and will not be leaked to third parties.

Article 3 (Handling of Brands and Names)

It is prohibited to use the JBN name, logo, activities, or related information for personal sales, communication, or commercial purposes without permission. If you wish to use the logo, name, or other information, please be sure to obtain prior permission from the JBN Secretariat.

Article 4 (Prohibited acts)

1. Any actions that undermine the order and credibility of JBN are prohibited, such as pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, excessive sales solicitations, religious or political activities, and the attempt to lock people into other networks. Unauthorized recording, filming, or photography, as well as the reproduction or secondary use of content or member information, are also strictly prohibited.

Article 5 (Policy regarding external collaboration and referral projects)

In order to maintain the value and credibility of JBN, collaborations and projects with companies, organizations, government agencies, etc. that members have come into contact with through JBN will be conducted through JBN or partners that have received written authorization from JBN. If necessary, the secretariat may act as a go-between for collaborations or make the final decision. Please refrain from using connections made through this network for external transactions at your own discretion.

Article 6 (Registration, Renewal, and Withdrawal)

Membership is granted and renewed upon payment of the required annual membership fee. Members are free to cancel their membership, but paid membership fees are non-refundable. Annual membership fees do not include actual expenses such as food and drink at events and transportation. If applicable, we will inform you separately and ask you to cover these costs. The 2025 membership period will begin in July and end at the end of December. Thereafter, membership will be renewed annually. Article 7 (Revision and Compliance of Regulations) These regulations may be revised without notice depending on social conditions and management policies. The latest version will always be posted and will continue to apply after registration.
